Welcome to Episode 100 of the Emotional Eats Podcast!
I can't believe it! We've hit 100!!
I am loving this journey and want to celebrate with you, my special audience. It’s because of you that I continue to share as much information and expertise as I can.
To make this episode extra special, I invited my dear friend and fellow health coach, Melissa Slemp, to put me in the hot seat and interview me. In this conversation, I share the good, the bad and the ugly of creating this podcast, the lessons learned, the evolution of content, and I reflect on my fears of launching a podcast, the moments that made me proud, the behind-the-scenes challenges and more.
I also share how midlife women have touched me with their comments and messages using the podcast to help them navigate emotional eating, weight struggles, and menopause. You help me keep bringing the topics you want to hear about.
Melissa and I also discuss the role of long-form content, why I created this space for women, and the power of bringing in experts to fill in the gaps where I may not have all the answers. These experts have also educated me and many of them have become my friends.
I share insights into some of my favorite guest interviews (but I love them all ), key takeaways from the episodes that resonated most with listeners, and my dream guests for the future.
I introduce an exciting next step—the Emotional Eats Community—where women can get deeper support, coaching, and connection beyond the podcast. See the link below to join.
Join us as we celebrate 100 episodes, and I extend my heartfelt gratitude to you, my loyal listeners, for being a part of this incredible journey. Here's to 100 more episodes!
